The easiest way to collect points is to purchase direct from our website! Additionally, you can collect extra points by writing reviews, following us on social media and many other options. Please see the "How to collect points section" on this page.

There are different levels of rewards so you can use more or less points depending on what you would like to redeem!

No, your points do not expire and can be redeemed as soon as you collect the amount of points needed for a reward.

When a product is returned, the points collected for the purchase of that product will be deducted from your points balance and we will process a refund to your payment method. In the case of an order paid with points, we will refund the points used to pay for the product (not the points gained from purchasing the product).
