Shipping within Australia

Free shipping on orders over AUD $70. For orders below AUD $70 a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $10 will be applied. Standard delivery takes approximately 5-10 business days depending on your location. Shipping to PO boxes is subject to restrictions.

Shipping to New Zealand

Free shipping for orders over AUD $100. For orders below AUD $100 a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $20 will be applied. Standard International delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Shipping to the Rest of the World

A flat rate shipping fee of AUD $40 for orders below AUD $100 will be applied to international orders. For orders over AUD $100, a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $25 will be applied. International orders will be dispatched via tracked air service and should be delivered within 7-14 business days. International customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and/or brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of the order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country so please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage, customs, duty, or taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. In the case that the products are held by customs, the customer holds all responsibility for securing their release, or to direct the products destruction, including all associated fees. Should you choose to destroy the products, you will not be eligible for any refund on those products.

Regarding Missing Deliveries

In the rare instance your package has not been delivered, we're happy to help you track, refund or resend your items after formal investigation with our logistics company and delivery partners. Simply CONTACT US within 30 days of your invoice date.

Please note, from 26 June, Australia Post are changing the way they notify you about missed deliveries. If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been successfully matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card. For more information please visit the Australia Post website

RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund on an item you’ve purchased from our online store www.evolisproducts.com.au only, subject to Terms and Conditions. Simply CONTACT US within 30 days of your invoice date.

Change of Mind

If you’ve had a change of heart about an item you have ordered, we’ll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging. You will need to bear the cost of return postage.

Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo.

Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival

If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Skin Reaction

In the rare instance you’ve had a skin reaction to our product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. If symptoms persist, speak to your healthcare professional.

For us to honour a return due to a skin reaction to the product, less than 20% of the product must have been used.

Please don’t dispose of the item until we’ve had a chance to chat with you!

Returns from metro areas usually arrive to us within 7 business days but can be longer from regional or remote areas. We will process your exchange, refund, or store credit within 5 business days of your return arriving back to us.
